How do I know if my payment has been received?

There will be a Dean of Students hold placed on your record, preventing you from registering for classes or accessing your grades.
How long is the Online Orientation program?
The program is typically completed in about two hours, but time may vary for each individual. Make sure you have access to a desktop computer, laptop, or mobile device, and a dedicated internet connection.
What exactly goes on during Orientation?
FSC's Online Orientation is a comprehensive program designed to better prepare you to achieve your academic goals here at Farmingdale. Through engaging video content and accessible written modules, you will not only learn the various policies, rules and regulations of the College, but you will also get insight into both the academic and social/cultural sides of the college experience. You'll have the opportunity to interact with quiz questions to test your new knowledge, and even construct personalized resource information for things that interest you along the way!
How will I access the Online Orientation?
The Orientation Office will notify paid registrants via e-mail with access instructions when they are made available. Please continue to check the FSC website for further updates!
Why do I have to pay $110 for my Online Orientation?
Your orientation fee, made via the Accepted Student Portal, covers administrative expenses as well as technology costs to maintain the online program.
What is the cancellation / refund policy?
Upon verification of payment, refund will be mailed via check payment within approximately four (4) weeks. Refunds are subject to a $5 service fee to cover costs incurred.
What happens if I reserve a date but fail to pay?
