RAM2RAM is a leadership development program designed to help RAM Program students advance their leadership skills. Students will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of leadership, put what they have learned into action through providing opportunities for students to practice leadership roles through real-world projects, simulations, or leadership positions within student organization

RAM Scholars get an early start in their academic journey through credit-bearing, mentored research placements on and off campus. These hands-on experiences strengthen discipline-specific skills, build professional networks, and lead to opportunities to present at research symposiums and conferences.
